🥅 THAT GLOVE SAVE! 🔥🔵⚪🔴
Some saves stay with you. 🧤
Watercolour of Jakub Dobeš — that glove save from the 2026 run.
The Czech kid who left home at 16, struggled in Laval, then won two road Game 7s — Tampa with just 9 shots for Montreal and Buffalo in OT — to send the Habs to the Eastern Conference Final. Only the second rookie goalie in Canadiens history to do it, joining Dryden.
I painted this one thinking about belief. The moment a team starts to believe again.
Original watercolour, 2026. Prints available — link in bio.
